PANEL SPECIFICATIONS
1) Panels are made of materials that resist against electrical, mechanical and thermal shocks and humidity effects in normal condititon of usage.
2) Protection against corrosion is warranted via suitable methods of painting.
3) Internal device and circuits of panels are arranged so that provide efficient facilities for maintenance, usage and essential protection category.
4) Distance of device that are some part of panel are the same as presented distances in their specifications and for live conductors and terminals ( e.g. Busbars, connectors between devices, … ) air gaps and creepage distances are accordance with distances of related devices.
5) Panels are made so that their expansion in future is possible.
6) in each panel there are 8 joints. In the corner connectors of enclosure frame, consistency of design and ideas come together in there dimensions, Each of the 8 enclosure angels has 18 tapped holes, so that there are 144 tapped holes for the fixing such items as the mounting plate, cable clamping rails, baying brackets, swing frames, etc.
7) High floor clearance of the doors approx. 25mm.
 

3-8) Earth conductor connection points on the door, on the enclosure and on the removable panels.
3-9) Foamed-In PU seal can be over painted and stove-Dried for up to 180c/15 min. It's essential to prevent from entrance of dust.

BUSBARS
E-CU copper bars are used in these panels accordance with DIN 46433 & DIN 40500 standards. These bars are painted with standards colours.

WIRING
The cross section of wires and cable are accordance with the range of demanded switch and all wires and terminals hare a terminals number.

 
PAINTING
6-1) A phosphate cleaning process to be performed on surfaces painting.
6-2) A rust preventing coat of primer is applied to all surfaces and finishing coats are uniform and free defects and dry film thickness of finishing coat isn't less than 80 microns.
6-3) Panel is coloured by RAL 8032. ( Standard of painting is ANSI #61 )
6-4) Internal plates are coloured by RAL 2010 or galvanized.
